What is your role at Align Financial and when did you start?
My role is to do all the things Lindsey and Julia don’t like doing. This involves everything from providing advice to providing the vacuum cleaner. Lindsey and I started Align on 3rd January 2007 (we have been around longer than the iPhone and are only slightly less successful).
How would you describe yourself?
Willing to have a go and constantly in search of the end of my to-do list.
Your weekends generally look like..?
Spending a couple of hours with the boys at the skateboard park or the beach, followed by a few hours of housework (Belinda calls them man jobs and insists what I do is not real housework) and rounded off with backyard pizza and soccer with the boys.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, how would you live your life?
I would continue to align my values with my actions. And buy a better 2nd hand surfboard.
Favourite TV show?
I go to bed at 9.30 so usually the first half of movies.
Favourite music/singer/band?
Anything I can dance to.
Favourite food?
Nana’s yorkshire pudding with gravy.
What book are you reading?
The Myth of the Spoiled Child (and full disclosure, I am listening to it not reading it).
What’s one thing on your “bucket list”?
Catch a Barramundi with my Dad and Brother.
Do you like Darren’s hair long or short?
Whatever as long as I don’t have to style it.
